    Tracking was provided and has been consistently monitored. A missing package claim has been filed with the post office and you were promptly notified. It's clearly a problem with the USPS, NOT the seller. You will be refunded in FULL pending the post office's investigation as I clearly communicated to you. Your negative feedback only hurts me as the seller and not the post office - who is obviously responsible for your missing package. I offered to also send the PDF's too but never heard back.
