      The box had been opened and looked a little beat up and had been retaped shut. Everything inside looks unused and in their plastic bags, but the bags were not sealed. I paid full price for a returned item. I felt it should have been stated as a new/return with a discount on the price.

      Quality unit, no weak or failing mechanical or electrical functions and heat functions well.

      The unit appears to be in excellent condition. This report and review is only verifiable over time and repeated use. As a used item, the only way to give a true and factual review is repeated reports over time. The power cord and internal workings will only be validated over considerable time and repeated use. So far it seems to be in very good condition with no internal loose or failed connections. I will report ongoing quality and function over time. Most important are internal moving parts, non-failure of electrical connections on or around vibrating parts, and internal vibration with electrical and mechanical connections. Time will tell the truth.

      Very disappointed

      I realize these massagers are older and manufacturing of them has ceased several years ago. However I have owned 4 of thes over the last 20 plus years - 3 of which I purchased from eBay since they are no less Niger sold in stores. The previous two worked great and each lasted for years. However, this one has some problems: the double heads do not move from side to side without help and the motor is not nearly as powerful as it should be. I will be very surprised if it lasts another month. I realize these massagers are older but there was ni mention of these problems in the description - needless to say, I am very disappointed with this product.

      Perfect just what I needed

      I've had a couple of these over the years and they are my favorite hand held massager, but after daily use for 10 years they either break or get weak, They are not manufactured anymore so this is a great find this one in particular works perfectly.
