      Very good condition

      At first I was a little confused because the cover and chapter titles look different than the U.S. edition. However, the book's content is exactly like the U.S. edition. The book arrived in very good condition and was reasonably priced, making this a great choice for college students looking for a cheaper alternative to the school bookstore.

      great price

      Great price for a used copy of this. The cover is loose, but is the same as pictured - nothing that can't be fixed with a little glue. The pages are clean, in great shape and unmarked. So much nicer to your eyes to have a paper copy rather than an e-copy.

      HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! This was a wonderful purchase. There are multiple "errors" in this book but so worth the money. A few pages are blurry but still readable, one was printed weird with a fold on the page and when unfolding the corner it was not cut flush with the rest of the book. But these are so incredibly minor compared to the cost. I would buy this book again and again!

      THE Introductory Biology Book

      This is one of two books (the other being Life:The Science of Biology by Sadava, Hillis, Heller, and Berenbaum) that is the best introductory biology textbooks that I have read. It’s used as a textbook for innumerable Freshman biology courses. I highly recommend it or the other I mentioned.
