I appreciate the professional communication, however when I opened my package the grading case for the card was damaged. There were scratches up and down the casing. This was not pictured in the ad when I bought it, which tells me the seller knowingly damaged the item before sending it off and did not disclose the damage. It's a little upsetting because graded cards are supposed to be high quality, but this item was not high quality.

I was never contacted by the buyer that there was a problem with the item. This item was listed as used meaning the graded protector wasn't mint. Of course, the protector did its job of protecting the card from damage which is what it is designed to do. Card is still graded 8.5 regardless of any issues of the protector on this $10 card.
