Packaged/shipped well. Seems like a quality piece. Sliders/pots are all smooth and working (going to do some more testing) but I can hear/feel a difference in my DIY towers already. I'd been buying cheaper EQ's in the hopes they'd help give me the tone I want, but hadn't been happy. Glad to have found this more permanent solution. Thanks for the great buy!
