    Very unhappy

    The refills came damaged. The plastic packaging was open. This probably happened in the shipping process, but the refills were bent and not usable. By trying to place them into my Cross pen, the spring mechanism was damaged. I have had this pen for 25 years- and never had a problem with refills. Not a happy camper!!!!
