When I took the kettle out of the box, I could see that it was new and never used. I have now used the kettle several times and it works really well, although a tad noisy which I can live with. All in all I am very happy, the description was clear and the item was as described. It arrived on time having been very well wrapped in protective packaging, I am a happy customer.
