After all it was not their fault that the bulb was broken. I contacted the seller for reduced rate. They were agreeable. Items were packaged very well. I have had items shipped where there were ends or parts popping through the packaging. Not these! Also the seller packaged them on Friday, arrived next day. The shipping was reduced about half. 2 boxes; 85lbs each. Incredible!
