The description said distressed which there is scuffing but overall in good shape. I believe the shipping was about $20 or $25 I thought the shipping was ridiculous for no box, only wrapped up. Since the shoes were reasonably priced it offset the shipping being overpriced. I also ordered the same brand from another place that were not scuffed, were boxed & shipping /price was the same.
