Their communication was direct and prompt. I would do business with them again. The issues were not their fault. Both items came in original packaging.

    This collectible arrived covered in bubble-wrap, no outer box. The OEM box was completely destroyed and the factory seal was broken. Contacted the seller and they are more interested in blaming the shipper than taking responsibility for their "cheap" packaging. Item should have been shipped in a box for protection. This could have turned out bad, but at least the actual item was not broken or had parts missing. I will refrain from using this seller in the future.

    Another Quality Milwaukee Tool

    Cuts as well or better than my 2 cycle version. I’m impressed with the unit, a bit on the heavy side but no trimmer that can reach 6 ft. In the air of any quality is extremely lightweight. Overall paired with the Milwaukee Fuel power head all I can say is wow.

    If you have the quick-lok base system, this will be a great addition.

    Great product but it is on the heavy side. Will wear you out. The feature to be able to articulate the cutting head is great.

    I would buy again as I have found nothing better.

    Works great but even though it’s rated for a 1” diameter I found it doesn’t work and locks up on anything over about 3/4” even though I had a fully charged 6.0 Milwaukee battery connected.
