    Perfect Size for Two

    I love the size of the 3 quart pressure cooker. It is ideal for the two of us. I have a 3 quart instant pot Lux but I wanted the Duo. I can now cook two different things at one time! I have had different pressure cookers in the past, but the instant pot is the best. It is easy to use and made very well.

    Awesome

    I won the bid for this dented pot. That is only cosmetic. I needed the easy way to make yogurt and a smaller machine. I have another brand's 6 quart pot. There isn't a yogurt button. I put Ultra Filtered milk and live cultured yogurt in the pot. I mix it well, cover it and push a button. 8 to 10 hours later, I have rich thick yogurt.

    Love my Mini!

    I love this Instant Pot! I've used it every day since it arrived. Meat loaf, mashed potatoes, spaghetti sauce, Butter Chicken, best beef stew ever, goulash, sweet potatoes, rice and the best cheesecake I've ever made. It's so nice to have just one pot to clean and the stainless steel pot cleans up in a flash. It's the perfect size for the two of us.

    My Favorite Kitchen Appliance

    I bought one of these for myself and liked it so much that I got one for my daughter and granddaughters for Christmas. It is a very versatile addition to your kitchen because it cooks in so many different ways: slow cooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker, yogurt maker, etc. The really nice thing is that it has settings for meat, soups and stews, etc. I would recommend this to anyone who is new to cooking and there are inexpensive recipe and how to books on line that you can buy and all sorts of recipes out there too! Love my Instant Pot!

    The Duo Mini is a godsend!

    I used it for the first time tonight and already know that I'll be relying on it for years and years. VERY easy to use! For a comfort level, read the instructions so you'll understand the stages that it takes to do the pressure-cooking. But WOW! My first try was a 'meat only' (with wine and spices) and it delivered a fall apart stew from a round roast that I cubed. Again, WOW!
