      You're Still The One

      As always - Excellent! Kadee has a whole line of couplers that match almost any model railroad car. If starting out, one could consider the semi-scale models. Otherwise, those of us who have had cars for years stick with the #5's. The fact that they are metal vs. plastic makes them a safety factor when / if there is an accidental 'crash'. The two styles can be mixed and usually work, but not as consistently. Great couplers for 50+ years.

      Title is fine

      These Kadee couplers are nice and very realistic. However, they do not fit well on Athearn kit cars or my older Athearn PRR switcher. The description should identify on which ho products these couplers would work best.

      Hard to find DOORS

      Missing sliders to older Tyco boxcar. 1st set doors purchased to wide& tall. 2nd set still tall but narrower began to realize 6ft was width not height. Filed mm. off bottom of door for height adjustment also on boxcar, door does open not pretty but a daily user. WISH diementions were listed on package/advertisement in mm. width/height as some boxcars taller. I have several with this slider system, must be thousands out there broken. Never the less a very helpful product. Thanks....1edd

      Couplers that work right every time!

      KD #5s have been my go to replacement couplers for years. Fit easily in Blue Box, MDC/ Round House, LBF/Hubert/E&C. IMRC Value Line kits, and just about any other brand out there. Best upgrade there is.

      New couplers by kadee

      Some things stand the test of time. I have been modeling toy trains for over 50 years or more and have never had a Kadee coupler fail. The couplers were the standard then and are the standard now. Their customer service is second to no one in the toy train business that I know. Thank You.........
