The packaging is a small thin cardboard box with a small piece of paper inside to protect. It wouldn’t have had any protection from any item being dropped on it. Then when the return photos were taken, the seller assumed that the surface is rough instead of being a smooth kitchen countertop but they assumed instead of asking and threaten restocking fees based on their assumption.
