        Good place to start

        This was a good book to introduce me to the benefits (and some minor stuff to look out for) of DMSO. Basics such as what it is, how it has been used, and formulas for specific conditions are covered. That said, I still feel like I would like to get my hands on other publications on this topic to know more. I'm impressed with what DMSO has shown to do on myself and my husband (It has been amazing on bruises and under-the-skin blood blisters from home project accidents so far - I was eager to try and see. Pain was gone very quickly, and swellings/discolorations minimal.). IMHO, this stuff should be in everyone's home emergency aid kit.

        A very thorough book about using and making recipes from DMSO

        I found out about this book while watching Dr. Vollmer's DMSO videos (she is not on you tube) and all the amazing things that can be derived using this wood by-product for health issues. I find that by making a 70-30 solution, we can absorb more of the nutrients we take faster like Mag Oil, MSM and essential oils to name only a few. The benefits are many and I recommend this book to all who are looking for recipes to make at home and all the ways to use it are here. Dr. Amandha.Vollmer is an amazing Canadian Doctor who really cares about her patients whether they are in her country or in another. I truly appreciate her for being honest and knowledgeable about all the health subjects she takes on as a medical doctor and nutritionist. Buy this book and find out all about DMSO.

I have helped dozens.everyone can and should.. just take a few precautions and it is very safe and extremely effective...and fast .most people feel much better in four minutes.. veterinarian s have been using DMSo wiith excellent results for seventy years .it is just pine tree juice but it can work miracles.....

        Good place to start

        I really do not know much about DMSO and this is a nice book to start with. This may be the ultimate book on the subject or merely scratch the surface. The book has enough science in it to understand a bit how DMSO works with the human body and then tips, warnings and suggested uses for a variety of ailments.
