    USPS lost the package! They found it a month and a half later but lost the screws. Great communication with seller. Was not their fault but they still refunded 100% would buy from them again and ship with either UPS or FedEx.

    Not a negative from the seller. The seller had been great help to try and rectify the problem. I only received the shipping label end of my package , no contents. I order a strut assembly for my car. So the box it was supposed to come in was quite large. USPS said to file a claim or contact seller. I’d just prefer a refund so I can purchase a new one without waiting weeks and weeks to probably never receive it. What can I do ??
