It was carefully packed and posted in a padded envelope. The medal is exactly as described by the seller on EBay and I am very happy with my purchase, also with the great service provided by the seller. I would definitely buy from them again in the future.

The small package was completely covered in parcel tape, which would have helped protect it from manhandling damage as well as water proof it. Unfortunately it did make opening the parcel more difficult and indeed I did cut the cardboard sleeve. Overall, I am delighted with the tie clip and cuff links, and the box they came in.
