    So far so good.

    Needed to change the shifter shaft seal on my 2001 HD Electra Glide, so decided to make a few upgrades at the same time. One of them was this bearing kit. Of course it's a Baker product, so it serves it's purpose and seams to work very well. I have about 2K on it now with no issues. The kit has easy to follow instructions and can be easily installed by anyone that can turn a wrench, but you will need a few specialty tools. The bearing race puller is the most important one.

    DID NOT FIT!! 1986 FXST STANDARD

    Did not fit. Outer diameter was perfect. But the inner diameter was too small. My 1986 FXST Standard has the inner race on the tapered transmission mainshaft and it did not fit.
