This is easy to use, once you get the hang of how the program works, it is especially important to use the colour slider. It won't compensate for old slides that have colour deterioration but is good enough with good slides. Not as sharp as the originals but adequate for making 4x6in photos for memory albums. It can be powered from a computer, which makes it much easier to download scans - the slide/negative program needs resetting after each download.

Second item was supplied without any leads and did not work at all when powered up. Seller contacted and did best to resolve providing a replacement complete unit, but with only with 2 of 3 leads. Again once notified, seller provided partial refund to enable missing lead to be obtained from elsewhere. Cant fault the customer support but suggest that seller needs to check items being sold before dispatch.
