How can this be a mistake? It was an intentional act to put the wrong item into the box I tried to contact the seller to fix the situation, they told me they will send the correct item. I waited and wait, and nothing. I asked for a tracking number, they said the item has already arrived and to please check. The tracking number they sent wasn't even to the correct country

Reached out to them after delivery regarding a small issue I had with the unit and they promptly took care of it by providing me with three different options to either exchange the unit, return the unit for a full refund or keep the unit (which was perfectly functional) at a discounted price (partial refund). I appreciate the responsiveness and willingness to work with their buyers!

There were long pauses between communications, then in order for you to return the wrong items, I was "required" to take photos. It took forever before receiving a label to return the wrong items and a long delay in my refund being processed. Once I brought to their attention they shipped the wrong items, they should have sent me a return label. The product was new however the homemade box bad.
