        A life Changer!!!!

        Since I was a early teenager, I have had an eating problem. I was always hungry. I would eat a big meal and didn't know I was full until I got up from the table and could feel the weight in my stomach. I saw the video and then read this book and started eating plant based foods. It didn't take long for that signal in my brain to tell me I'm full. That had not happened in a very long time. I have lost 20 pounds in 30 days and I'm 66 years old.
