    Packing and ship time excellent. Description of item sub-par. Did not disclose that set was pitted from rust or that the were not high speed steel. The HSS was not important to my purchase, but the pitting would have been and I would have b8d far less. This seller needs to write better, more accurate descriptions. No seller contact. I may not purchase from him again unless he is more descriptive of the conditions of the tools. I will need to do more restoration work prior to their use.

    I'm sorry that you are not happy with your purchase. As with all my items, I would have taken them back for a refund without hesitation. I provided good pictures, and the rust you described is clearly visible in those pictures. The listing plainly said they are older used tools. They aren't collector's items- they are tools meant to be used and the light rust on them does not impact that in any way. As to the "no seller contact", comment, there was no message from you to respond to.

    Quality case with no skipped sizes :)

    I'm a professional mechanic and needed a nicely contained socket set for my service truck. The case is strong, quality latches and hinge is very durable. The sockets are durable but the size markings are a little small. The ratchet is not my favorite but hasn't let me down yet. I've owned & used this kit daily for almost a year and would recommend to all my family/friends if they are in the market for a budget socket set. Good job Tekton!!!

    Tekton tools

    I purchased both the 3/8" and 1/4" sets. I really like them. I was looking for Craftsman 1/4" set with deep and shallow sockets in in and metric. I really like the ratchets and seem to if good guality and feel. They remind me of Snap on fron 20 years ago. I have been a Heavy Equipment mechanic for 54 years and have feel for good tools
