    Der Ebayer hat einen „italienischen“ Namen und liefert letztendlich aus Polen. Das ist im Nachhinein sehr verwirrend. Die Lieferzeit war daher auch viel länger als angegeben. Die Kommunikation war top. Leider hat der DPD-Paketbote keine Lust und die Zustellung im PaketShop verweigert. Der Kauf und die Zahlung wurden danach rückabgewickelt. Der Ebayer ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen aber nicht im Zusammenhang mit dem Logistikunternehmen DPD.

    Super Ware - Irriterender Versand: 2 Luftfilter bestellt. Der eine kam am nächsten Tag (!) mit DHL, der zweite 4 Tage nach Bestellung mit UPS (und nicht wie angegeben mit DPD). Auf Nachfrage, warum die beiden Artikel nicht zusammen versendet worden sind, kam die Antwort, dass ich 2 Lufi's aus unterschiedlichen Lagern bestellt habe. Abwicklung, auch unter Umweltaspekten, für mich nur begrenzt nachvollziehbar. - Gute Kommunikation.
