    Remote control was wrapped in bubble wrap and shipped in a vinyl envelope. Very pleased with the remote. It was shipped USPS and I received email notice it had been delivered on a Saturday. When it wasn’t there I contacted our carrier who was off on that day. As Monday was a holiday he advised Tuesday to check the mail again and it was there. Not sure what happened but glad it arrived
