    Getting back into shape?

    I used this video together with some other of Jane Fonda's workouts back in the 80's and 90's. I thought this one would be a good way to start exercising again. It's not too strenuous, but does deliver a decent workout, and is perfect for someone in their 50's and 60's just starting out. The biggest thing I dislike about it is the shoes. You start with them on, then take them off, then put them back on, then take them off again. Poor choreography.

    This workout is totally awesome. It's hard so ease into it. If you're older and just getting into exercising, I recommend you start off with Firm & Burn for Aerobics and Fit & Strong for strength training.
