        I had a mrcrosoft account with annual subscription for Office 365 personal. Went through with instruction, but unable to download Visio Pro 2021. This so-called Full Version license card do not allow the use of Visio software on your MS account. Very deceptive gimmick to hook buyer on eBay. Watch out folks !

        Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the Visio Pro 2021 installation. Just to clarify, the product sold is a standalone license and does not link to a Microsoft 365 account or require an Office 365 subscription. This was not stated in the listing, nor was any integration with an MS account promised. I understand the confusion, as Microsoft offers various versions of their software, but the license you received is intended for direct installation and activation.
