      A serious work knife

      I had one 20 years ago, got a new one cause nothing compares. The High Carbon steel blade will rust if you're not careful. but it also can be sharpened to true razor sharpness, I actually shaved with it once. The lock is so simple, yet elegant, making it very safe to use. None of the fancy spring assist, tactical knives come close to being a true work knife. In France I'm told these are just called a Farmer's Knife cause you can't find a farmer who doesn't have one.
