    Not as described. Seller stated mint condition and the box has damage to the top edge. Unacceptable. Seller printed a label upon purchase and then took a full week to ship it out. Communication was weak and seller won’t accept responsibility for the delayed shipping. The only plus is that it came packaged well. But not mint condition for the price paid. In my 23 years on eBay I have never dealt with a seller this terrible. F rating stay away

    Beautifully simple.

    The OS is the only thing holding me back from giving it 5 stars. It was a headache setting it up. It said to downloaded the app to set up. I missed the part saying I could skip that way of setup because “skip” changed languages before I saw it. The app didn’t set up the Xbox so I did it on the console itself. I had to repeat a couple steps not because I got it wrong, it just eventually asked for the same info again. The OS looks clean enough but still has a dated feel. Very flat. Boxy. Uninspired font. Controller is neck and neck with my PS5 controller. I far prefer the PS5’s dual sense features; the adaptive triggers, the extra center button. But the Xbox controllers trigger texture feels better, as does the clickiness of the d-pad. Asymmetrical joysticks were NO issue. Physical ...

    My opinion.

    Anyone on the fence about purchasing the Xbox Series S should get off and buy this system. I say this if you are an Xbox One S owner or similar older system. Also if you don't want or have the need for physical game disks or to watch movies on your system than buy the Series S. Keep in mind that you will need to purchase the optional 1 terabyte storage expansion unit at some point. All in all I think this System is well worth the money as opposed to the much larger and more expensive Series X. Get the game pass account and you'll be set. In my opinion.

    Perfect fit

    Perfectly fits my wants and needs. I dont have a 4k tv and I haven't purchased a game physically in years. Perfect for game pass and all streaming apps. Games look great and load super fast. The quick resume feature is a game changer. Overall for the price you absolutely can not beat the value of the series s. Its quickly becoming my favorite gaming device!

    Great value, excellent experience, with two notable caveats.

    3 years after release, the Xbox Series S still remains an excellent value. Personally, I own a higher-end gaming PC, but I purchased the XSS as I wanted to game on the couch without having to deal with setting up and/or tweaking my PC titles. With my 1080p TV and a Gamepass Ultimate subscription, it fills the niche near perfectly. The two notable downsides I've encountered with the XSS have been; * The ad-riddled dashboard An unfortunate staple of MS system software that's gotten worse overtime. Just the other day I (and every other Xbox user) was greeted with a full-screen advertisement for the new Call of Duty game, with the 'buy now' button automatically highlighted. Terrible. * The middling storage capacity Despite being 512gb, a big chunk of that storage is reserved for system ...
