She offered me a refund but the vacuum was exactly what I wanted and asked if she’d be willing to pay for the repair if got an estimate. She agreed. I bought it to a vacuum repair shop and it turned out to be a loose connection. He fixed it free of charge. I was very impressed by the buyer’s quick response and customer service.

I have to make a special note about the packaging... it was amazing!! There was no way anything bad was going to happen to it the way you wrapped it. Took me 20 minutes to undo it, I can't imagine how long it took you package it, but kudos, table made it here safe and undamaged, fast shipping.
