Beyond great communication and accurate item display, there are reasons: 1) The FREE shipping was very fast, right after I placed the order. 2) The rackets were packed very carefully, with multiple layers of protection from inside to outside.3) The two new rackets arrived in excellent condition, with perfect paint and fully intact commercial wrapping.4) It was a very good deal, especially considering Babolat recently increased their prices.
