      This item was not listed as used, but was clearly repackaged in the original box but without the original packaging, thrown in with a bunch of brown packing paper and re-taped with copious packing tape. The stereo does seem to function properly, however. I wish the display didn't light up all the time when it is plugged in, that is a down side if you want to use it in a bedroom.

      I needed a working boom box that could play my Christmas CDs and cassettes, as well as tune in to a local FM radio station that plays holiday music this time of year. I got all of these features with great sound in this compact unit at a very reasonable (low!) price.

      Sounds good. Works well, my only disappointment was it didn’t have an antenna it just had a wire for taping to a wall or window. Otherwise, I would have given it a five stars. Durability remains to be seen.
