      Simple replacement for old icemaker

      The ice would stick in the old icemaker on my Whirlpool. Swapping in this one along with replacing the wiring with the included wire bundle fixed my issue. There are lots of connectors on the included wiring that need to be attached but it was a fairly easy process.

      Defective beyond what was described.

      Product has defective ice sensor who’s is not repairable. Add stated sensor arm was missing and one from current device could be used. The problem is the actual internal mechanism to which it attached was seized an inoperable.
