    I am pleased to receive this hard-to-find item new in the box, and with such quick shipping—considering international shipping from England to the U.S. The item (ExpressCard/34 USB 3.0) works just as described, and even a little faster in my speed benchmarks so far. I believe it to be the only plug-and-play solution available for this particular Apple laptop setup (Intel Macbook Pro 17”). I am pleased with the initial quality and neat, flush mount design. This is a significant upgrade.
