    To our surprise, the mailing envelope arrived with no book inside -- only the thank you note the seller enclosed. I checked with the seller to find out if the package was insured, etc. The seller was equally surprised, and immediately offered to reimburse me. I checked with my mailman to see if he found the book inside his truck -- he had not. I went to the post office to see if the book was there -- it wasn't. The seller is reimbursing me -- this is the ultimate for customer satisfaction!
