      The product shipped within a day. Packaging was excellent. The product was as described with no parts missing although a couple of parts had detached from the sprue. Value was O.K. You could have started clearly that VAT would apply to the whole purchase i.e. to both the product and the shipping costs. Product received well within the estimated time frame.
