    Linux User's Delight

    I got this because I wanted something that would work with Linux and Windows to supplement or replace the built-in Ethernet port, which suddenly sometimes decides it does not want to work, on my old notebook computer. And it does work great with Linux and Windows both. If you have the most recent kernel of Linux, it doesn't even need drivers, it works instantly! All I had to do was just plug it in and start up Ubuntu 16.04 and start browsing the internet. It was slower getting it to work in Windows 7. I had to wait for Windows 7 to download drivers for it after I plugged it in. I did what the instructions suggested and turned on wifi (built into my notebook computer) and downloaded more recent drivers, rather than using the ones on the disk that came with the adapter.
