        careful

        I believe this is ECC ram, more common in[supported by] servers. It did not work in the computer I bought it for. It did work in a workstation I have - now up to 36 GB ram.. I wanted more ram for my server[which was actually just a cheap desktop]. I think I'll trade it out with workstation now. Still happy with the ram price - seemed competitive. Though I probably would have spent an extra 40% if it would have gotten me out of spending like 5 hours changing computers around[installing new oSs, moving a couple TB of files, etc.]

        Work as expected :) only downside is that you've wrote the value on the box and they've stopped my package at the post office in order for me to pay another $10 customs tax :). Other than this, all fine.
