        To the point

        Amazing detail provided by the author. I can relate to the content, as I was an Army medic. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves the history of WWII, and who was or is in the medical profession.

        Should be required reading for American high school students.

        American school age children would greatly benefit from this snapshot of history. The freedoms of today were purchased with the blood, sweat and sacrifice of the greatest generation.
