      Shocked, in a good way!

      To start, I got this product at a great price and in fantastic quality. If I had paid 2200$ MSRP for it I would be a lot more disappointed, given you can get a 120hz OLED 42in for <$800. Good feel on the screen, good colors, great performance. It can be a little fussy about what USB you use to connect it, so make sure to try out lots of different ones before you decide it "isn't working". Very easy to draw on and good amount of space. At the price I got it at, I recommend other artists sniff out deals and see what they can find to get gems such as this. Major upgrade from my old non-pro cintiq 16 as well.

      Nice product!

      I rayed it 4 stars becuaee it came a little dirtt looking, I thought with it being refurbished the screen would be lean etx. So far nothing wrong with the unit. Works great and is better than I thought. The express key remote is cool but the magnet is flimsy on it so dont expect it to hold in place anywhere other than towards the bottom of the screen. Also the texture of the glass can give a small rainbow appearance to your image and if you are sensitive to ot it might be bothersome. You see it more when zoomed in.

      Think I might have been deceived ,but the products looks and works fine

      The box was smashed in and covered up on one spot. Some screws were loose on the tablet too, so I'm not quite sold on it being Brand new. But Everything looks and works fine, power button needs to be pressed really hard to register, but I don't own an actual new one to know if that's by design.

      Best thing ever!

      I am so happy with my Cintiq! I have been wanting a new drawing tablet for a while now. After researching, the Cintiq Pro 24 was perfect for what I needed as a professional artist and fit within my budget. The 24-inch screen is a great size and the colors/resolution looks amazing. The pen is great and glides over the screen so easily. I didn't think I would get much use out of the remote, but then I customized it to include my favorite Photoshop shortcuts and it is now my favorite tool in the world. I was super nervous about it being refurbished. However, besides some of the initial packaging being gone, you can't tell that anyone else has ever touched it. Super great product overall. I hope it lasts me for years :)
