    Not Seller's fault!

    Actually, I'm not a fan of this product, but the water filtration system was installed in my house without consultation, so I deal with the situation as it is. But that isn't the seller's problem. I'm quite satisfied with the replacement filters I bought, and they were delivered timely. Good job.

    not worth the cost

    Filter work as expected but they are way too expensive. If I didn't already have the unit installed I'd go with another vendor (Not AO smith). These time out after about a year, whether they are heavily used of lightly used.

    Good product

    Easy to install. It came with everything I needed for the installation. Water taste great. Be sure to let it flush for 15 minutes before drinking. Says it can last up to 6 months. Our first filters only lasted a little over 30 days so it goes to show just how bad our city water is. We added this to keep from constantly buying bottled water. We are now going to install a large sediment filter where our main line comes in at the basement and adding a water softener.
