The loco was very well packaged, clearly labelled 'Fragile' and my correct address. The loco was accurately described and gives me 100% confidence to deal again. The above is in contrast to the appalling service from the Post Office who for £12.53 gave no service in return, delaying delivery for over 2 weeks, and failing to respond to 2 complaints.
