    Works great as a hdd enclosure

    I haven't used the cloning tool yet. Also I put 2 drives in and it didn't read them both. Not sure if it isn't capable of that from the my computer folder. But a single hdd in it works great and has transfer speeds of 18mb/s and faster if you have a good computer.

    Good deal. Works good too.

    I "Hired" it to do one job. It did that... expeditiously, once I downloaded the Acronis software. Good price too. Now I can use it for an external hard drive until the next time I clone a drive. Sweet!

    Great buy if drive is fully functional, not much help if not

    If drive is totally functional, this thing is great....if the drive crashed, however, instructions for using disk management, driver changes, etc., are all very weak and if you are not a computer engineer , you are totally out of luck. If you have a working hard drive that you replace with a larger of just bought for the hell of it, it is fantastic and will even let you clone a second drive with built in firm ware.

    Great features and works perfectly out of the box

    Works perfectly out of the box. Great as a cost effective small USB docking station. Did not purchase for the cloning function. Cloning function of the docking station will be very useful in the future. Have not tried the cloning function as of yet. Will report back if there is an issue once attempted.
