Carter, the seller, has been working diligently with UPS and eBay to resolve this issue. A UPS damage clerk picked up the item on Monday, April 28th, to deliver it to UPS for an insurance claim. The item was returned 2 days later, April 30th, just as the dust cover was shipped to UPS with no further status. Need help from eBay to resolve this issue.
