The listing photos shows no damage and also the FedEx bag was not damaged and I opened the FedEx bag the with my hands so there shouldn’t be a knife cut. The damage must have happened before packaging. I messaged the business owner with photos of the bags condition and how it was opened and unfortunately I didn’t even get an apology and was left unread as of 6/6/2025. I don’t mind taping the cut but just need acknowledgment.
