        Uselessness of one of the phones received.

        On handset 2, all the numbers are not function able. Thereby making it useless for use to dial out. I didn't know that until today as I had not had an occasion to use it. Handset one works fine.

        Very inexpensive wireless phones. They work better than the ones they are replacing, but that's about it.

        They sound OK but they aren't very loud and the LCD displays are, essentially invisible. They are supposed to be back-lit, but I can't see them unless I hold them under an intense front light. Adding names and numbers to the "phone book" is awkward, at best, but at least one only has to do it once. Adding the numbers to the main handset, automatically transfers it to the auxiliary handset(s).

        Easy to set up, Handset too square and uncomfortable to cradle against shoulder, Must Hold or will slip. Sound is off with a metallic sound to it, Very Annoying. Good for a cheap phone, Will be replacing soon but will keep for an emergency backup
