        Item arrived damaged. It was listed as no damage. They said I, needed to get with postoffice. I'm not the one who packed it, why would I be responsible. I felt like they could have done more, than put it on me to fix what I had nothing to do with.

        This buyer is making a FALSE claim. The toothpick was not damage and can be seen in the listing photos as undamaged. The exact spot. Also they had the toothpick in their 8 days before contacting us about it. I told them to check the listing photos and to see that it was not damaged where they showed it was. The toothpick was well packed for shipping. We also told them to talk to their post office about the shipping insurance. Once it leaves us we are not responsible for it. Check our Feedback.
