        A must-have for those who love or loved an addicted person, whether it be alcohol, drugs, sex, or etc'!

        When it comes to dealing with addiction, they need a twelve step program to aid them in achieving & maintaining sobriety, because they are a form of sick. Well, sick people make people sick, so, those who love them become a form of sick as well. We need our own 12 step program & daily readings to get healthy & stay healthy so that we don't become their best enablers. Health is life, including your mental health.

        Helped me through an extremely difficult time in my life. Was the one thing that got me through some of the roughest emotional times. Taught me more about how to handle situations in even normal everyday life. I can only control me and my actions. That was over 10 yrs ago. I still have my book and read it. This was for a friend.
