Perhaps a bigger box with each cup being wrapped thicker could have prevented the break . It happens to the best of us. A great piece of advice from another seller once told me . “Package your breakables like they are going to be dropped out of the window from a second floor building “.. The word “Fragile “ was not written on the box to warn USPS .
