    It was packaged very tightly and securely. Package came on time. I do like the laptop, however there seems to be something wrong with a few of the keys sticking on the keyboard, or it may be that I have to get use to a new one that is not as easy as my old one ;) This purchase did save me about $350 from buying @ the bestbuy store and the seller was very easy to work with!!
