    The Seller shipped the coffee in double bubble cardboard postal envelopes which was smart as the outside one arrived ripped open but because the coffee was in the inside envelope no harm was done to the coffee/ packages. Seller also emailed me letting me know that this coffee was dated 8/24 and did I still want it before she sent it out. Yes I still wanted it.

    I gottta buy more!

    Seattle's Best makes some of the finest coffees. So this is a little out of date. It had to be stored and handled with care - because this coffee is still rich in flavor. One bag of this coffee is cheaper than one store bought coffee cup. Buy it before it's gone - your loss.

    Good for making American coffee, but not for making espresso

    Seattle's Best is outstanding coffee for American style machine or pour-over brewing. Surprisingly good roasts available.. For stove top espresso, go with la llave, lavazza crema e gusto, or bustelo.
