The packaging was quadruple layered too. The seller can be quick with reply and as their feedback shows, they’re good. I received the item and thought it wasn’t working- with some patience and research that had been done, I was able to get it working. The seller provided instructions too. I recommend them for a guaranteed item worth your money.

The seller was very responsive in communication and the box was well packed. The post office didn't handle the parcel well, so one box of chalks were cracked, but I'll still be able to use them with my students as planned. Seller offered a refund, which I appreciated, but I did not find that necessary as it was not his fault. Thankful I could find these as they are better than the new product.
